Special Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Av Spray Guns, we occasionally offer pre-orders for upcoming products (like new models or limited-edition nozzles) to let you secure yours early. We may also introduce subscriptions or try-before-you-buy options in the future. This policy explains how cancellations work for these special purchases— we're all about transparency so you can shop with confidence.

Pre-Orders

When you pre-order, you're reserving an item that's not yet in stock or soon to be released. We'll clearly state the estimated shipping date on the product page (we always aim to ship on time!).
Payment: We may charge in full at checkout, collect a partial deposit, or authorize your card for a later full charge when we ship.
Cancellations Before Shipping: You can cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund (including any deposit)—no questions asked. Just email sales@avsprayguns.com with your order number.
After Shipping: Once shipped, pre-orders follow our standard 45-Day Risk-Free Pilot Test Return Policy (link to your returns page).
If We're Delayed: If we can't ship by the estimated date (or within 30 days if no date was given), we'll notify you right away with a new timeline. You'll have the option to:
- Keep the pre-order and wait, or
- Cancel for an immediate full refund. We take delays seriously and will always give you choices.

Subscriptions (Coming Soon)

If we offer recurring deliveries (e.g., cleaning kits or accessories), you'll be able to manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account—no fees or hassle. Details will be clear at signup.
