We're excited to get your new Avalon spray gun into your hands (or booth) as quickly and affordably as possible!

Free Shipping (Continental US)

  • Free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states—no minimum purchase required!
  • We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever gets it to you fastest and safest).

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships—so you can follow its journey.
  • We ship from our US warehouse to ensure quick, reliable delivery.

Non-Continental US Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO)

  • We do ship to AK, HI, PR, and military addresses, but additional shipping charges apply due to carrier surcharges.
  • Exact costs will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • If you're outside the US and interested in Avalon guns, reach out—we're exploring international options and can discuss distributor partnerships.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You'll get an order confirmation email right away, followed by shipping confirmation with tracking.
  • If anything looks off, hit reply or email sales@avsprayguns.com—we're quick to fix it.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Spray guns contain pressurized components and are classified as ORM-D (limited quantity hazardous materials) by carriers.
  • We comply with all US DOT and carrier regulations for safe aerosol/paint tool shipping (ground transport only for certain items—no air restrictions apply to our guns).
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged → contact us immediately with photos—we'll make it right (replacement or refund).
  • Lost packages → we'll work with the carrier to track or reship.
