At AV Spray Guns LLC / Avalon Spray Guns, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day return window for most items.

30-Day Return Policy (Buyer’s Remorse) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply on returns that are not due to our error.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If the spray gun arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@avsprayguns.com with your order number and photos.
  • For confirmed defects or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (continental U.S.) and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement after inspection. No restocking fee applies in these cases.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@avsprayguns.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original box with all original parts and packaging.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • We cannot accept returns on used consumables, cleaning kits, or opened fluids for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • International orders: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be authorized before shipping back.
